The Centre for Ageing and Dementia Research (CADR) is funded by the Welsh Government through Health and Care Research Wales and is a collaboration between Swansea Bangor and Aberystwyth Universities. Established since 2015, CADR is a world-class integrated research centre spanning multidisciplinary activity and developing areas of expertise from biological, through psycho-social and environmental, to social policy in ageing and dementia.
CADR aims to improve the lives of older people in Wales and elsewhere through the combination of research on ageing, policy and practice.
