Respiratory Innovation Wales SMARTer Housing Summit

PURPOSE

There can be no doubting the importance of innovation to our task of delivering jobs and growth for the Welsh economy. People, businesses, academic institutions, hospitals, schools, the public sector and the Welsh Government itself, all need to be more innovative to thrive in our competitive world.

Post Welsh Government release of the consultation document surrounding Innovation strategy, Respiratory Innovation Wales (RIW) are bringing together various stakeholders to discuss sustainability in relation to ‘Lived Air Quality’ and how housing has a huge impact on our health. The conference will focus on SMART living and Digital Technology. In conjunction with stakeholders the summit aims to look at the approach to guiding ,and implementing the Innovation Strategy by bringing together stakeholders, understanding where companies are with future development, as well as areas of possible collaboration. This will give us a holistic view of the direction in which housing is travelling in Wales and England.
